TopDeposits
We can hold a reservation for you with a 20% deposit. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. For reservations during the peak holiday periods (i.e., Christmas & New Years), we require a 50% deposit. Group reservations also require a 50% deposit.
TopCancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes your travel arrangements may have to change due to circumstances beyond your control. The following outlines our cancellation policy which depends on the type of reservation and the time of year as below:
Standard Reservation
1. Cancellation of a reservation more than 30 days in advance will result in a cancellation of the reservation and a total refund of any deposit received less a $100 administration fee.
2. Cancellation of a reservation less than 30 days room charges will be assessed the value of the 20% deposit.
3. Failure to contact us for cancellation (i.e., a "no-show") will result in full room charges for the first night and 50% charges for the remainder of the reservation.
4. If you book for an extended period and then reduce the length of your stay, the rate for your stay will be billed at the rate applicable for your actual length of stay.
Peak Holiday Period Reservation
We will require a 50% deposit prior to confirmation of the reservation and this is refundable only under the following two conditions:
