Reservations

You can make reservations for Villas Canadiense at any time. Simply email us at reservations@villascanadiense.com.

The process is really simple as follows:

Contact us for your preferred dates. Also, feel free to send us any other questions you may have that are not answered clearly in our FAQ section on this website.

We will advise on availability, costs and try to answer all of your queries.

Assuming a villa is available, we will advise you of the rental costs.

We will send you an invoice for payment via PayPal

When the payment is received, we will email you a confirmation notice.

We also send a copy of the confirmation to our manager in Costa Rica so he will be ready for your arrival.

Have your credit card information handy when making reservations. PayPal will require:

Credit card number

Expiry date

Exact name as shown on the card

A valid email address

We also ask that you provide us with a phone number, fax number and address in case we need to reach you in an emergency.

Deposits

We can hold a reservation for you with a 20% deposit. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. For reservations during the peak holiday periods (Christmas & New Years), we require a 50% deposit.

Cancellation Policy

We require clients to guarantee a reservation with a deposit equal to 20% of the total cost of the reservation. Reservations for peak holiday times require a 50% deposit. Group reservations also require a 50% deposit.

Standard

Cancellation of a reservation more than 30 days in advance will result in a cancellation of the reservation and a total refund of any deposit received less a $20 administration fee.

Cancellation of a reservation less than 30 days room charges will be assessed the value of the 20% deposit.

Failure to contact us for cancellation (i.e., a "no-show") will result in full room charges for the first night and 50% charges for the remainder of the reservation.

If you book for an extended period and then reduce the length of your stay, the rate for your stay will be billed at the rate applicable for your actual length of stay.

Peak Holiday Period

We will require a 50% deposit prior to confirmation of the reservation and this is refundable only under the following two conditions:

Cancellation of reservation is received more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date and,

We will make a good faith effort to rebook the reservation and if successful will refund the 50% deposit.

Group Reservations (2 or More Villas)

We will require a 50% deposit prior to confirmation of the reservation and this is refundable only under the following two conditions:

We will make a good faith effort to rebook the reservation and if successful will refund the 50% deposit.
